Caro Fabio Ghia,
perché una simile accozzaglia di inesattezze? Le opinioni utili sono quelle che partono da fatti…

I Parlamentari eletti all’estero non sono una quota rosa né una quota blu, fanno parte di un Parlamento che oggi è ancora composto da 630 deputati e 330 senatori, pertanto non rappresentano un costo “aggiuntivo” per lo Stato – poi possiamo discutere di riduzione dei costi della politica, diminuzione del numero dei parlamentari o di utilità della Circoscrizione estero, ma almeno partiamo dai fatti.
I parlamentari eletti nella circoscrizione estero si occupano dei, e lavorano sui, temi complessivi della politica italiana: in aggiunta dedicano una parte delle proprie energie ai temi degli italiani all’estero di cui – tradizionalmente – nessuno si occupa! Gli eletti all’estero svolgono, semmai, un doppio lavoro.
I rimborsi elettorali – come è facile immaginare – non arrivano ai Parlamentari ma vanno ai partiti: poi possiamo discutere, anche qui, se non sia più giusto, come avviene in altri Paesi, che la politica si “mantenga” da sola, senza contributi dallo Stato, ripeto possiamo discuterne ma evitiamo di scrivere e dire che gli eletti all’estero ricevono nelle proprie tasche i rimborsi elettorali… dichiarazione quasi diffamatoria per tutti i 18!

Veniamo all’editoria. Innanzitutto dobbiamo distinguere tra i contributi per i quotidiani e per la stampa periodica di lingua italiana nel mondo. Comunque solo stampa, poiché i mezzi d’informazione elettronica sono esclusi – almeno fino ad oggi – da qualsiasi contributo dalla Presidenza del Consiglio dei Ministri.
